Our aim is to help you make healthy food choices and meals an easy and a natural part of your everyday life.

On our special Nourish and Nurture retreats, you will enjoy discovering new wholefood ingredients and learning how to transform them into simply delicious meals for yourself, your family and friends.

Your cooking teacher, Andrea Ball , draws on her vast knowledge of nutrition, Southeast Asian food cultures and the abundance of organic veggies delivered to the retreat each morning to help you create wholefood magic in the retreat's spectacular outdoor kitchen.

During our Nourish and Nuture retreats you will learn clever new ways to kickstart your day with make-ahead breakfast foods, how to create nurturing 'abundance' bowls to keep you powering through the middle of the day, as well as fresh colourful meals to make mid-week dinners a breeze or to elegantly entertain friends.

And because healthy cooking and eating is all about balance, you'll learn how to create delectable deserts and sweet treats that are nutritious enough to eat for breakfast!
