At the Seventh Seal Luxury Retreat, we encourage you to be mindful of the food you choose and eat.
Mindful eating is a way of slowing down, paying attention and really listening to your body's cues: Are you hungry? What foods will best satisfy that hunger? When is it time to stop eating?

Being more aware of what you eat and genuinely enjoying each mouthful is a simple but powerful way of developing a healthier relationship with food where you use your inner wisdom to make better choices. This ultimately provides your body with deeper nourishment.

After eating mindfully on the retreat for a few days and combining this with yoga, meditation and relaxation, your body will begin to release toxins, your energy will increase and your mind will begin to soften.

This is the beginning of the healing and revitalising process which is central to a retreat at the Seventh Seal.
